Blocks of springs

All the blocks of springs, used in the VEGAS mattresses are supplied by the Company AGRO, a world leader in the production of blocks of springs for mattresses. It was founded in 1946. ARGO has more patented producs than any other manufacturer of springs. The lifetime of any ARGO block of springs is -20 years.
In the Vegas mattresses the following types of ARGO spring blocks are used:   

TFK Block of Springs

TFK –  pochet spring block (256 springs/sq.metre . The pocket spring blocks provide a point reaction of the mattress on the weight and shape of the person’s body and the correct distribution of the pressure, supporting the spine and avoiding the pressure on the muscles while sleeping.

Block of springs Vernestet S300

Vernestet S300 – independent pocket spring block (296 springs/  sq.metre). The German word  “Vernestet” is translated into English as “Honeycomb”. It was called so because of the way the springs are located in the block/ resembling with a honeycomb. Such a a construction decreases the number of “free spaces” between the springs, increasing the number of springs/sq.metre, thus the orthopedic effect is consolidated, and at the same time, increasing the maximum possible pressure on a bedside.

Spring block S1000

Multipocket S1000  – independent pocket spring block, intended for the Luxe category mattress (550 springs /m²). Mattresses on the  Multipocket spring block provide a very high level of orthopedic effect. The Multipocket system has the ability to ideally fit to the shape of the body, ensuring a more comfortable sleep.

Spring Block S2000

Multipocket S2000  – independent pocket spring block, having the record number of springs per sq.metre of those existing at present (1100 springs /m²). This number of springs ensures the maximum comfort, ideally reproduce the shape of the human body, regardless to the person’s height or weight. The mattress provides optimal orthopedic effect.
